Mutti,

I miss you and I always will.  I have not seen you in such a long time and
now I can never see you again.  Pictures are all that remain - pictures and
memories.

I still can't really comprehend that I will never be able to hold your hand
again or look at your face.  I will never be able to show you just what a
terrific grandson you have.  I won't be able to ever hear your voice again -
and that really hurts.   Just know that you'll never be forgotten and that I
love you - I always did and always will.

Please watch over Pappa, Julien, Andy and me and make sure we're ok.  And if
you see grandma please give her a kiss from me.

You are forever in my heart and in my thoughts.

P.S.   Do you hear the song? It's Peter Maffay's "So Bist Du" - you always
said that you wanted this song played if you die...and we made sure of that.
We played it many times after you left and it will always remind us of you.
